This is the working history behind Integrity Homes: where the experience came from, when the business took shape, and how the portfolio grew into the Charlotte-area markets we operate in today. A local company, built the right way, from the ground up.

2012

Residential roots take shape

Family and team experience in residential construction and real estate starts to build the foundation for what would later become Integrity Homes.

2018

Integrity Homes launches

The company takes shape around a smaller-builder approach with closer oversight, cleaner communication, and a stronger finish standard.

2023

Portfolio expands

Completed homes, smaller-footprint residential projects, and a more visible local portfolio become a larger part of the business.

2026

Land buying is added

Direct outreach to owners of select vacant parcels is added as an extension of the same local residential business.

Our Process

How we run a project from planning to final walkthrough

Every project follows the same standard — careful planning before work begins, close oversight of the trades during construction, quality checks throughout, and full attention to the final details. That process applies to every home we build, starting in the $200s.

Pre-construction design

We invest heavily in planning before anything gets built. Decisions about layout, materials, scope, and likely complications are made up front instead of being discovered mid-project.

Oversight of trades

During construction, we stay close to the work. Fixtures, outlets, vents, and installations get checked by someone whose name is on the job. Skilled trades need supervision, not just coordination.

Quality assurance & inspections

We run quality checks throughout the build, not just at the end. Problems caught early are easier to fix, so we inspect as the project moves forward instead of letting issues compound.

The finishing touches

The end of a project is where attention usually drops off. We treat punch-list items and final details with the same focus as the structural work so the finished home feels complete in every room.

Our homes are backed by an RWC written and insured warranty. Coverage includes workmanship and materials, selected portions of mechanical systems, and designated structural elements — with full terms, conditions, and exclusions provided in the warranty book at closing.
