Integrity Homes

Our story

A local builder with a hands-on standard

Integrity Homes is a Charlotte-area family-owned builder focused on careful planning, close oversight, and homes that are built to hold up well beyond closing day. Beyond the Blueprint still reflects the standard behind the work.

Our process

How we run a project from planning to final walkthrough

Our building process is defined by meticulous attention to detail at every stage. We invest in planning before work begins, stay close to the trades during construction, run quality checks throughout, and give the final details the same focus as the structural work.

1

Pre-construction design

We invest heavily in planning before anything gets built. Decisions about layout, materials, scope, and likely complications are made up front instead of being discovered mid-project.

2

Oversight of trades

During construction, we stay close to the work. Fixtures, outlets, vents, and installations get checked by someone whose name is on the job. Skilled trades need supervision, not just coordination.

3

Quality assurance & inspections

We run quality checks throughout the build, not just at the end. Problems caught early are easier to fix, so we inspect as the project moves forward instead of letting issues compound.

4

The finishing touches

The end of a project is where attention usually drops off. We treat punch-list items and final details with the same focus as the structural work so the finished home feels complete in every room.

Our quality guarantee

Warranty coverage that backs up the work

The work should hold up long after closing day. Every Integrity Homes build is backed by a three-tier warranty that covers workmanship, systems, and structure.

1-year workmanship & materials

Covers defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of closing or occupancy — including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint, and trim.

2-year systems warranty

Covers the major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of the home for two years — wiring, piping, ductwork, and the systems that keep the home functional day to day.

10-year structural warranty

Covers major structural defects for ten years from closing or occupancy — including the load-bearing elements of the home: foundation, walls, and roof framing.
