SMS and MMS Messaging

Integrity Homes uses CASA, our construction coordination messaging system, to communicate with subcontractors and vendors who have consented to receive text messages.

Messages may include construction schedules, upcoming work notifications, schedule changes, confirmations, jobsite updates, inspection-related information, project coordination, and other operational communications related to work performed for or with Integrity Homes.

Message frequency varies depending on project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, and consent records collected for Integrity Homes messaging programs will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers that assist us in operating our communications and business systems, including telecommunications and technology providers, solely as necessary to provide those services on our behalf.

Render is used to host parts of the website and inquiry infrastructure.
Google Analytics may be used to measure site traffic, page views, and inquiry conversions.
Cloudflare may be used for analytics, DNS, and related site delivery services.
The Meta Pixel may be used to measure advertising performance. It records page views and on-page actions such as button clicks and form submissions. It is configured so that it does not read or transmit the information you type into our forms.
Inquiry data is stored in a separate website database used for this site.
If email notifications are enabled, an email delivery provider may process notification messages on our behalf.

These providers may process information only as needed to help operate the site and related inquiry workflows.
